3 Biggest Overlooked Hair Loss Minerals

Hello,

Today I wanted to take the time to talk about three of the biggest minerals proven to help curb hair loss.

Even though these minerals work so well to help boost the growth of your hair, they are often overlooked. Getting these into your body consistently is a must. So let's take a quick look at each one shall we?

Chromium

Chromium prevent hyperglycemia as well as hypoglycemia. Both of these can lead to hair loss. In order to get the most benefit from chromium, you will need at least 120 mg of it per day.

Food sources: You can obtain this mineral from Brewer's yeast, liver, beef and whole wheat bread.

Iodine

One interesting thing about iodine is that it helps regulate the thyroid gland. If you know anything about hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, this condition most certainly affects hair growth.

Getting a daily dose of 150 mcg of iodine will effectively prevent dry hair and hair loss.

Food sources: If you want to get plenty of iodine, eat foods such as fish, seaweed, kelp and garlic.

Sulfur

Last but definitely not least, sulfur is one heck of a mineral for promoting healthy hair growth. It's one of the main components to your hair's structure. One to three grams of this is required daily for healthy hair growth function.

Food sources:

Eating foods like onions, garlic, eggs, asparagus, meat, fish and dairy products will provide you with the right amount of sulfur.

That concludes our examination of the three biggest overlooked hair growth minerals. Whatever you do, do NOT skip on these. They are sure to allow your hair to grow to its full potential.

Sincerely,

Christopher Litmon

Haircuts To Keep The Balding Man In Style

Yes as you can see from the picture below, that's famous actor John Travolta sporting his new bald look. Do you think you would look as handsome as Mr. Travolta if you sport your head bald?

I can tell you right now . . .

I would look nothing like him. Most guys are afraid to cut all of their hair off. Really though you don't have to if you are experiencing a bit of thinning on your head.

One of my main reasons for making this post was that I've noticed many guys out there afraid to actually style their hair and cut it just because they were losing some of it. I believe every man must have a sense of style and show it despite how much hair he is losing.

Not to say that you shouldn't attempt to regrow hair at all. That in itself would be pointless and I wouldn't be here today helping you to achieve that goal. But there comes a time where you shouldn't let hair loss get in the way of feeling good about yourself. I was depressed for years when I started losing hair and often just covered up my head with a hat when I went out. Took me a long time to realize that even though my hair was falling out, I was doing something about it and I had every right to feel good about myself in the process.

So let's look at three different haircuts you can get to help you achieve a better look as you work towards your goal of regrowing hair.

Short Styles

Simply getting your hair cut down to a buzz look can alter your appearance for the better, especially when you're battling things like receding hairlines. I personally say go for it. I know of a few men who actually cut their hair down a bit with clippers and got many compliments from both men and women.

In-Between Styles

If you're just starting to notice your hair thinning, you might be a little intimidated when it comes to cutting your hair shorter. That's perfectly fine. This is an opportunity for you to create the illusion of a full head of hair. Former head stylist for NBC television's "The West Wing" Jeff Sacino stated that applying a lightweight gel and then blowing it dry using a round styling brush can help.

What many guys do wrong is attempt to grow their hair out long just to try and cover up their thinning. What happens is this long hair even when thinning, weighs down and creates parts that expose the scalp. The best advice is to talk to your stylist for tips on how to properly dry and style your hair for maximum fullness.

Shaved Look

John Travolta did it and while it might now appeal to you just yet, it could be a style you choose later. It's one of the easiest ways to deal with thinning hair even though a bold look.

Five Steps to Repairing Crown Area Hair Loss

Okay, so it seems like more and more folks are dealing with this type of hair loss problem than ever before. I'm talking about the crown region of your scalp.

Is this something you're dealing with right now?

Fortunately you're in for a big change ahead because I have the cure for your problem.

Well I probably shouldn't call it a "cure", but you can bet your bottom dollar these tips are absolutely fantastic.

Not long ago I conducted a little survey of my own asking a few ordinary folks if they could change anything about their hair loss problem, what would it be?

Shocked me to pieces when about 70% all said regrow hair in their crown area.

So . . .

Let's try to tackle this shall we?

Step 1: Let's do some investigating. Time to be our own hair loss detectives and see if we can't crack the case. Determining the exact reason why hair is falling out in this area is a MUST.

Ask youself . . .

Have you experienced any physical trauma to your crown? Have you been combing or brushing your crown area too rough? Wrapping it? Is it getting too much exposure to heat? Is it moisturized?

Yes I know I sound like a nosey bum, but there are some things you just can't leave out. It's actually the determining factor that will turn things around for you.

Step 2: Time to diagnose. Having the right protein/moisture balance is very important. Conditioning the crown area is essential, plus keeping it moisturized regularly will serve to prevent excess drying of your crown which is responsible for breakage.

Step 3: Stimulate with massage. You've heard it a billion times yes but there's a reason for it. Scalp massage is the BEST medicine for restoring hair. If you can't spare 10 minutes to massaging your crown area then you're one sad case (no offense).

All it takes is a little essential oils such as thyme, peppermint, rosemary, and lavender. Sweet almond oil and jojoba are considered "carrier oils" that you can combine with the others for some even better effects.

WORD OF CAUTION: Mixing essential oils while beneficial can irritate your scalp. Play it safe.

Step 4: Don't allow direct heat. It will do nothing good for the crown region. Blow drying is a quick route to a dry head, but it also can be a quick route to a bald head. Make sure your crown area isn't subjected to a lot of heat.

Step 5: Take cover. Don't hide in a basement of course, rather keep your head covered while sleeping to seal in your hair's natural moisture. Is your pillowcase made of cotton? Get rid of it, as this definitely strips hair out fast.

Difference Between Male and Female Hair Loss

I've often been asked, "what is the difference between male and female hair loss"? Well this is a question that I'm ready to answer because at one time even I asked the same exact question.

It seems like the poor guys are the ones who lose hair more so than the women. But in reality there are some women out there who are just as bad off as the men. I can recall a woman who had a very receding hairline. It was pretty embarrassing just to look at her as she passed by other people.

The main difference between male and female hair loss is in the way that the hair falls out. Men often experience thinning in one local area. For example Mr. X might lose hair in his crown region, but Mrs. X might have thin hair pretty much all over her head.

So the difference lies in where the thinning takes place. Women lose hair throughout their entire scalp on average, while men only lose hair in one specific spot.

Now don't shoot me down if you're a guy who has lost hair in more than one place on his scalp. This is just a typical difference between the two sexes. It doesn't mean that we can draw a definite conclusion.

This is just a little something that was on my mind and I know you probably have wondered about it yourself.

Talk to you soon,

Christopher Litmon

Will Those Bald Spots Ever Go Away?

You see them every time you look into the mirror and you probably wonder if others see them as well. You've tried and tried to make them go away but it just seems hopeless.

You don't want to spend a fortune getting rid of them, but you do long for the day when they're gone.

Bald spots . . . can you really get rid of them?

You're not the only one affected by this type of hair loss. There are literally millions of other men and women experiencing the same thing right this minute. It's a form of hair loss called "alopecia areata". It's not the easiest thing to treat for most, and it doesn't have to be the hardest either.

Treating it takes a different approach than other forms of balding like a receding hairline.

Here are 3 things you DO NOT want to do:

  1. Use over-the-counter hair loss treatments
  2. Invest in expensive surgery or hair transplants
  3. Wait on the problem to go away by itself
Now number three may seem like a no-brainer to you, but you would be surprised at how many people actually thought that this problem would eventually leave on its own. This is definitely not possible and is absolutely the worse thing you can do.

If you managed to grab my free report that talked about what I personally did to make my bald spots leave, then you know that things like blood circulation is highly important. One thing I didn't touch on too much were herbs.

We've all heard about saw palmetto probably a gazillion times and how it benefits male pattern baldness. Well there are a few other herbs that both men and women can take to truly jumpstart the regrowth of hairs in places where they've lost it.

In fact two of them I did a little research on and they are claimed to work just as well as the drug Propecia but without the side effects. What are they?

Nettle root and pygeum. You might want to head over to your local nutrition center and grab a couple of bottles. This is something I truly recommend but not without getting on a program that really shows you how to use herbs such as nettle root and pygeum.

Yes I used these herbs, yes I also made sure that my scalp received sufficient blood circulation, but what really allowed me to get on track was the Hair Again system developed by John Kelby.

If you were given $4,000 right now would you use that money to do further research on hair loss, even interviewing others to discover a method that works?

Most people wouldn't. John however actually invested thousands to do such a thing. Like you and me he got tired of being ripped off by big name hair loss companies and their useless products. At the same time he wanted something that could work naturally to help him regrow hair over his balding areas.

Side effects are very common these days and you can never be too careful. So all of his hard work led to the development of the Hair Again system. There are a ton of things about this that I really liked, but what struck me the  most was the price and the effectiveness.

Anyone who has ever spent money on treatments like Rogaine and various shampoo products can afford it. Plus the Hair Again system is one of the highest-rated natural systems on the web for regrowing hair. So if you're tired of seeing your hair fall out, you can read my detailed review of this below.

Myth Busters About Hair Loss You Must Know About

You have heard it before I've heard it before, there are a ton of myths about why we start to lose hair. Who and what to believe is often a big mystery for many people?

Let's take the time to consider a few of them and examine why you shouldn't believe everything that you hear about hair loss. Granted there are some things that matter and I will mention those to you, but for the most part sometimes you have to turn an ear.

Hair Loss From Wearing Caps: This has to be one of the silliest things that so many people believe to be true. Wearing a cap too much will not make your hair start falling out. Many think this is true because they don't want to suffocate their hair. By not allowing their hair to breath they feel that it will cause their hair to fall out.You have absolutely nothing to worry about. Wear your favorite cap as much as you want and you'll be fine.

Combing And Brushing Causes Baldness: This is another myth about hair loss that you shouldn't believe. You can brush and comb your hair as much as you like. However you do need to be careful when doing so. Avoid doing these two things while your hair is wet. Wet hair is more prone to breaking and you can do some major damage to it if you're not careful.

Shampooing Your Hair Can Make It Fall Out: We all shampoo our hair and this is just a part of good personal hygiene. There aren't any real worries in shampooing hair and you shouldn't feel that you will lose hair because of it.

I know what you're thinking . . .

"But Christopher everytime I shampoo I notice hair falling out in the shower?" These are hairs that you will normally lose eventually even if you didn't shampoo your hair. This is a result of your hair follicles going through the various growth stages. Of course you want to avoid hair loss at all costs, but you can't prevent those hairs from falling out in the shower. This is just going to happen.

Now those are just a few of the many lies and myths circulating the internet and the media about alopecia and what causes it. It's important that you truly know what is causing your hair to fall out so that you can effectively treat the problem. My advice is to go natural.

You don't have to use all of those expensive potions and solutions. Many of them will not even work for you honestly and at most you just could end up dealing with some type of side effect. Have you heard about the THR Natural Hair Growth System?

This is something that was invented by a guy named John Kelby who spent many years of his life battling thin hair until he stumbled upon some incredible methods to regrow it. His methods are nothing short of amazing and he has posted a unique video on his site showing how you can copy what he's done and get your hair back too. I tried it out and it works. I think this is something you need to see.

Do You Know Why Your Hair Is Becoming Thinner?

I get asked all sorts of questions all the time from people on my email list about why their hair is thinning. Do you know why your hair is thinning? There are several causes of this that you just have to know about. Your main problem with hair loss could be right under your nose and you may not even know about it.

Well first I want to tell you about some of the not so obvious reasons thinning of the hair can occur. First of all many people get sick every now and then. Hey, we all do. This can cause your body to lose out on many of the nutrients that it needs in order to help promote healthy hair growth.

You don't even have to be sick very long and it can still have some major adverse effects on your hair. If you've undergone surgery within the past 30 days, this too is known to affect the way your hair grows. Undue stress is something that we all go through from time to time.

Have you ever heard of stress causing hair loss? It can happen. It's usually not the stress itself that leads to hair fall, rather it's how the various hormones in your body trigger other elements in the body that interrupt the hair growth cycle.

As a word of advice, definitely watch how you care for your hair. Avoid cornrows, tight braiding, pony tails or any other type of hairstyle that involves the twisting or pulling of your hair. This is HIGHLY DANGEROUS!

Are You Getting Enough Zinc & Protein For Your Hair?

Hi there it's me here again and I wanted to make sure that you were doing something that most people losing hair never seem to do.

Are you getting enough zinc and protein into your diet? Well you might say yes to the protein since it is pretty easy to get this just from meats, nuts and so forth.
However it isn't that easy to get zinc unless you are taking a supplement that contains enough of it. You probably have noticed that many shampoo products contain zinc and protein, and this is a good thing for your hair.

Protein will help increase the size of your hair follicles and zinc will even help give your hair its natural color. So if you want to prevent losing hair or even going gray anytime soon, get plenty of zinc and protein.

These are just two of the many nutrients that I stress the importance of in my FREE 14-Page report you can download below. There are tons of things in it that many hair loss companies will probably never share with you in a million years.

3 Secret Supplements for Fighting Hair Loss You Must Know About

You may know that getting the right supplements into your body is a major part of regrowing your hair. What probably didn't know is that there are three of them that will enable you to fight hair loss with ease. I actually didn't know about one of them even though I've been researching various natural products to treat hair loss for years. This supplement came as a shock to me and I think you'll highly benefit from what I've included below.

Gotu Kola

I ran across some really great information on Gotu Kola on a blog that covered many tips for regrowing hair naturally. It mentioned Gotu Kola as being one of the most effective supplements for hair regrowth. Gotu Kola helps to increase blood circulation throughout your entire body and that does include your scalp.

Inositol

Inositol is a B-vitamin that has been studied to actually boost hair growth. This has been the case in various laboratory animals. Scientists did a test on a few of these animals and found that those with a lack of inositol actually started to lose hair on their bodies. Those that were fed a healthy amount of this supplement had plenty of hair.

Silica

If you're not eating a diet that's rich in leafy green vegetables then by all means start doing so now. Silica is a mineral that's found in most leafy green veggies and it is proven to prevent hair loss. This is one supplement you shouldn't miss if you want to avoid the threat of losing your hair.

Herbs for Treating Male Hair Loss - Grow Hair The Safe Way

Herbs have been used for a countless number of years by people all over the world. They are nature's unique healing ingredients that can help treat various ailments and certain medical conditions. There are even herbs for treating male hair loss that any man can take for quick improvements in the way their hair grows.

Just why should you actually consider taking these natural substances rather than spend your money on something like a hair transplant? It's obvious of course that hair transplants are much more expensive than the purchasing of a few key herbs. However using herbs will prove to work more in your favor because you will be prone to less side effects.

But what about their effectiveness to stop your hair from falling out and grow it back? Herbs such as saw palmetto have been used to help eliminate one of the most troublesome causes of male hair loss, dht. The dht hormone is sure to cause you to go bald fast if you do not control it.

Taking saw palmetto as part of a daily dietary supplement will help you to keep dht in your body at a safe level. You are sure to see more hair growth and less hair fall just from taking this herbal extract on a regular basis.

Getting enough blood flow to your roots so that your follicles can be fed the right nutrients is essential as well. Ginkgo biloba extract is just the perfect solution for taking care of this problem. Male hair loss conditions such as receding of the hairline often get started when the follicle roots lack sufficient nutrition.

Your blood carries these nutrients to them so without a steady flow, you can pretty much rest assure that you will experience significant hair loss. Take ginkgo biloba daily in the 325 mg dose and soon you'll be glad that you are using herbs to the full.

Never Forget The Importance Of Hair Loss Supplements for Hair Regrowth

Okay it's true, most of us just don't eat right and on top of that we miss out on the right nutrition that our bodies need. When we do this it's not only our bodies that get affected, but it is our hair as well. Your hair cannot grow the way it should if your body is lacking the right nutrients.

It's a proven fact that has been studied time and time again. I can recall that I personally never ate right many years ago. In effect I noticed that my hair was falling out and I couldn't pinpoint exactly what was causing this problem to keep getting worse.

I knew it wasn't just something that had to do with my genetics. A blood test from my doctor revealed that I was not eating right and my body lacked vital nutrients. I'm here to tell you right now that there are some things you need to get plenty of in order to see those days of hair regrowth.

There are plenty of hair loss supplements out there but in order for them to work the way they should, they must contain herbs. Herbal supplements such as saw palmetto, nettle root, ginseng, ginkgo biloba, pumpkin seed and even green tea all help to combat hair loss efficiently.

Don't purchase a hair loss supplement if it doesn't contain such ingredients in it. What kinds of foods do you snack on? If you're into eating greasy potato chips my advice to you right now is to STOP! I know I know they taste really good and I find myself indulging in a bag every now and then, but DO NOT make this a regular habit. Your hair will not benefit from it at all. Try including foods like cashews, walnuts and almonds instead which are going to give your body plenty of magnesium. This mineral works wonders for your hair.

All That Stress Making You Go Bald?

Have you ever been so stressed out that you just wanted to scream your head off and say whatever is on your mind?

I will be the first to tell you that I've felt that way numerous of times. Especially like yesterday when my computer kept crashing and I just bought the thing a week ago.

Sometimes we just can't win for losing. Ever wondered if all that stress you're dealing with is having an effect on the way your hair grows? Well you're in for a treat because I'm going to expose something to you that you may not have given much thought too. Or at least you may not have looked at it in such a way that I'm going to show you.

You see when you're feeling down and out or just plain tired from a hard day's work, your body triggers this stress by way of hormones called androgens in your body. This can really mess up your hair growth cycle, as these androgens disrupt normal functions.

Allow this to continue and you're only going to see more and more hair fall out rapidly. You need a solution for your problem but before we get into that, take a look at the two biggest causes for stress-related hair loss.

Poor Diet

Many times a stressed person leads a poor diet. They try to make up for it by eating something like a greasy cheeseburger or a big bowl of ice cream. You may think that you're cheering yourself up by doing this, but this kind of behavior prolongs your hair loss problems. It actually supports it to be honest, and I'm sure that you're not into promoting bald heads.

So pay very close attention to your eating habits, especially during periods of stress. And I almost forgot to mention this to you too. Some foods and various other things like caffeine can lead to highs and lows that make you depressed. Watch your intake of these as well.

Personal Habits

Think about two things that are a big problem in most countries, especially the United States, that people take part in to relieve stress.

Still guessing?

I'm talking about cigarette smoking and indulgence in alcohol. Nicotine is a drug and it is very habit forming. Studies show that it shortens your life span and even affects hair growth. Alcohol is the second big factor that can contribute to thinning hair.

It's okay to have a beer or some wine in moderation, but be careful of how often you decide to have a drink. Research shows that the average person loses 100 hairs a day. That's normal. However those who smoke and drink regularly show anywhere from 200 or more hairs lost every single day. That's way too much for your body to replace in a timely manner.

Hope I didn't sound too much like a big health enthusiast? I just wanted to make sure that you were aware of how stress-related hair loss gets started and how you can avoid it.

Now other than stress there are some big things you need to consider that can play an even greater role in your fight to stop hair loss and regrow what you've lost. They affect all of us, man, woman, child, old or young. If you want to start working on a unique plan to naturally fight hair loss, I highly recommend the Hair Loss Black Book. All 156 pages of this remarkable ebook is like nothing you've ever seen before. The information is truly timeless.

Oops, Bad Experience With Rogaine

How's it going? First off I just want to say that no I didn't recently just give Rogaine a try, that was many years ago.

It was a hard lesson learned though, and I wish I knew what I'm about to tell you now back then.

Do you know the history of this stuff and how it got started? It all happened back in the early 90s. It was originally a blood pressure medication since it opens up blood vessels.

Well a few eager scientists got curious and wondered if it could regrow hair since after all, it does increase circulation, a key to more hair growth.

So they did their research and it did grow back hair in a few test subjects. Later it was FDA-approved for use as a hair loss treatment for men and later women. Some might call it the beginning of something remarkable. I call it a big disaster.

Here's why . . .

SIDE EFFECTS.

Headaches, muscle soreness, fatigue the list goes on and on. Then let's say that you're battling a receding hairline and want to get rid of it. Rogaine doesn't help. If you look on the instruction pamphlet inside it says only to apply to the vortex area for best results.

Save yourself a buck or two and utilize the easiest possible way to more hair. The natural way!

Who has 35 bucks to spend every month on something that doesn't work? That's over 420 dollars a year that just keeps building and building.

When I stumbled onto Dave Nelson's quick, natural method for regrowing hair, I just had to tell you about it. This highly acclaimed natural system for more hair reveals the key steps to getting more hair fast.

No monthly expenses needed. What personally touched me was how Dave went through much of what you and I have been through. He put up a risk on products like Rogaine time and time again. Then he found what really worked best for him and turned it into something that has helped myself and thousands of others get their hair back.

Want Hair? Get Exercise!

Okay, what I'm going to show you isn't some state-of-the-art hair-growing method, but it does involve the growth of more hair for you. And that's what truly counts!

Whether you hit the gym for a workout or not is totally up to you. But here's something you might wanna know . . .

Exercise benefits hair growth by means of several mechanisms.

The two biggest types of exercises are cardiovascular exercise and strength training. One engages your heart rate allowing blood to flow, and the other builds muscle fibers.

You only need to focus on increasing blood flow so that means any activity such as cardio is going to do you a huge favor. You see your body has miles and miles of tiny, little blood vessels that are carrying nutrients through your blood to all areas of the body, including your hair follicles.

Every little hair follicle contains something called the "dermal papilla" that taps into the bloodstream like the prongs on an electrical plug that tap into electricity.

If you spend just 10 minutes doing jumping jacks or even taking a brisk walk, you'll widen your blood vessels. This will send more nutrients to your follicles not just doing that exercise, but for the long term as well if you stay on schedule.

10,000 Year Old Hair Tonic Recipe

Thanks for heading over here to my blog to check out this great hair tonic recipe that I just had to tell you about. I feel like a grandma who is giving away her secret family recipe to the public.

It's okay though because you're like family to me and I really want you to have great success using this. I know you're going to love the results that you get from it. So let's get started into this because I don't want to waste anymore of your precious time.

Here are the ingredients you're going to need in order to use this 10,000 year old recipe:

  • Get 25 fl oz/750 ml of regular vodka (Don't worry you won't get drunk you're not drinking it).
  • Get 3 ounces of cayenne pepper (Totally needed to make this work)
Now here's the fun part so listen up. Mix the two together and leave the mixture to steep for 2 weeks (Shake daily to avoid the mixture from settling). Strain this mixture and then bottle it.

So now if you've followed the above correctly, you have in your hands a very powerful hair tonic that can really make your hair grow fast. All you have to do is spend about 2 minutes each morning rubbing this into your hair and scalp.

Don't worry if you notice a tingling sensation, this is normal and shouldn't last very long.

How to Effectively Use Olive Oil To Combat Hair Loss

Do you know how you can use olive oil to regrow your hair like never before?

Just in case you don't, I'm going to reveal to you just how you can do that starting today and see incredible results within a week's time. Before I go into the details on how to make this happen, you need to know a little about olive oil and how it works so well.

Olive oil contains a ton of fatty acids. Your body converts these into triglyercides and then delivers them to parts of the body where they can be used such as in your hair follicles. Olive oil is also a potent natural antioxidant.

It will rid your scalp of bacteria that could lead to other problems such as dandruff. And just in case you didn't know it, dandruff can lead to hair loss. So you're going to find that the little method I have in store for you is proven to work and benefit your hair a lot.

Let's get started:

What you should do is take a tablespoonful of olive and place it onto your fingertips (not the palms of your hands). What you do now is rub your fingertips with the oil together rapidly to warm it up. Start along the hairline and work your way down to the back and sides of the scalp, massaging it in.

You can use more oil as needed as you work your way towards the back of your scalp if you need to. Work the olive oil from your roots to your tips. Go to sleep and the following morning wash it out with a mild shampoo.

Believe it or not, this is actually a unique natural remedy that has been used for a very long time by various ancient tribes. Many of these tribes till this day are still using such techniques to make their hair grow back much thicker and fuller.

A lot of people have no clue as to the power of using natural substances to regrow their hair. If you haven't heard about the THR Hair Again system, you'll find that this is unlike any other program for naturally increasing hair growth. It's definitely worth your time to do so.

Perfect Vitamins for Any Thinning Hair Problem

What I wanted to show you today was the importance of getting specific key vitamins into your body to turn your thinning hair into thick, luscious locks fast.

Of course this can be a daunting task with trial and error. So I wanted to save you the hassles of trying this and that so that you can see results much faster.

The first vitamin you should know about is biotin. If I had a dollar for every dermatologist and hair specialist who recommended this, I would be the richest man on earth.

So why should you really take biotin? What can it do for you? Well biotin is important for releasing carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
It is also a major contributor to cell replication and growth. The more cells replicating in the scalp, the more hair you will grow. You can't forget to eat the right foods containing this great vitamin as well.

Here are some key foods containing biotin:

  • Green peas
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Walnuts
  • Egg Yolk
  • Brewers Yeast
