In part one of this article, we discussed how a lot of hair loss sufferers lose the fight against baldness because they lack knowing exactly what's causing their hair to fall out. Well there are actually several factors behind hair fall.
Let's look at a few of them so that you can make better decisions on how to go about getting rid of your thinning hair problem. First you should know that such forms of alopecia such as receding hairlines are tied down to a lack of blood circulation.
If you lack blood flow in the scalp, then your hair follicles are going to starve to death. So the more blood you get flowing to your roots, the better off you're going to be. In my opinion there's no better way to ensure that this happens than by scalp massage.
It's an ancient way of doing things, but when used properly this exercise is a powerful way to curb baldness fast. Instead of using your bare hands make use of oils like rosemary and henna. When massaged into your scalp pores they trigger tremendous amounts of circulation.
This is what's going to feed your follicles all of those nutrients that they need in order to grow. Now other than a lack of blood circulation, you should be very wary of the types of hair products you use. We're talking about sprays, shampoos, mousse, and other forms of gels.
A lot of these contain chemical additives that are there to give your hair body and fullness, but on the backend they strip your hair out over time. Aim for the use of natural products for your hair, such as those containing aloe vera, herbs like green tea, or even tea tree oil.
Now there isn't a need for expensive surgery or treatments to fix your hair loss

Reasons Many Fail At Fighting Hair Loss (Part 1)
If I had a dollar for every person who has used some kind of commercial hair loss product and failed, I would be a very rich individual. So many people start to lose their hair and quickly grab whatever they believe is going to work for them.
This is the problem with a lot of hair loss sufferers. They jump right into trying to fix their hair problem before actually educating themselves on what their cause might be. I can tell you right now that everything you've probably heard about genetics and hair loss is probably not totally true.
Now of course genetics can play a certain role in whether you are one who loses hair or not. But it's not just because a close relative or someone in your immediate family went bald. It goes deeper than that.
There's a hormone called DHT that binds to your follicles and causes your hair to become very thin. Eventually if you don't take care of the situation, your entire head will soon become bald. It's a very scary thought, but it's true.
Now where genetics comes in is that everyone is genetically predetermined to have some amount of DHT that their bodies produce. Even those with hair have DHT present in their bodies, just not as much as those who are losing their hair.
While certain products like minoxidil and finasteride have been designed to help fight hair loss and DHT, they don't work for everyone. So for that reason you're going to have to take a different approach. For men they can take saw palmetto extract as a way to inhibit DHT.
Women shouldn't take this herb and it's best that they stick with something like green tea capsules. Since green tea contains compounds called catechins, they work to block DHT and further promote hair growth.
